About the Breed
The Australian White shedding Sheep breed is a large White breed of Australian meat sheep which was originally developed for Australian conditions. The Australian White sheep are a stabilised composite haired meat breed comprising of White Dorper, Van Rooy, Poll Dorset and Texel genetics (Wikipedia)
The Ultra White Shedding Sheep Breed are a modern sheep breed focused on meat production and eating quality. They are also considered an "easy care" sheep breed that naturally shed their wool, allowing the animal to put their energy into growth and carcass traits.
Our Aim
To breed medium to large frame Sheep with rapid growth and excellent shedding qualities.

About our flock
We started out with a commercial flock of 70 Australian White Ewes. Soonafter we purchased our first stud Ewes and Ram from Hillock Stud in Albury which are 100% Tattykeel blood line. We currently run a small Stud flock and commercial flock with over 100 Ewes.
